Ride.
Find an outlet that gives you perspective rather than taking it away.
Our Mission
A movement built around the idea that the thing you reach for when life gets heavy can change where the next mile takes you.
Why We Exist
Throttle Before the Bottle started with a simple belief: when life becomes overwhelming, people need healthy places to put the weight. For some of us, that place is on two wheels.
There is something about putting on a helmet, hearing the engine come alive, and watching the road unfold that creates space between you and the noise. But the mission is bigger than riding. A motorcycle cannot replace treatment, professional support, or the people who care about you. It can be one healthy outlet among many.
We want this community to normalize checking in, asking for help, choosing better coping mechanisms, and talking about mental health without shame.
Whatever Your Throttle Is
Find an outlet that gives you perspective rather than taking it away.
Reach out. Listen without judgment. Be the person who makes the hard conversation possible.
Take the next step toward something healthier, even when that step is small.
Ride. Talk. Heal.
Whatever your throttle is—riding, lifting, music, talking to someone, creating, or simply getting outside—find the thing that helps you keep moving forward.
